These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Ambition Landscaping and Outdoor Design with respect to the Site. No provision of these terms and conditions shall be waived except by writing executed by the party against whom the waiver is sought, and no failure to exercise any right or remedy under these terms and conditions shall operate as a waiver or estoppel of such right or remedy.
